III.   Protocols

What we warrant.

Three protocols run centrally from Auckland across every parcel we trade. Conditions of trading, not sales tools.

i.

Origin & chain of custody

Every stone is logged from the point of purchase. Each lot carries a chain-of-custody file; each important single stone carries its own. The file travels through cutting, certification and sale.

ii.

Lab certification

Lab choice follows the stone, not the price. AGL, GRS, SSEF or Gübelin on colour. Treatment, origin and clarity grade enhancements are never withheld or softened in listing copy.

iii.

KYC & AML

One counterparty file maintained centrally. Source of funds, source of wealth, sanctions and PEP screening refreshed annually and on material change. Applied uniformly across every trade account.

IV.   Laboratories & Offering

The labs, and the offering.

Four laboratories, used according to what the stone asks for. Two ways to transact, built for how the trade actually works.
