Blue, pink, yellow, padparadscha and fancy colours. Principally Sri Lanka and Madagascar; Burma and Tanzania for specific colours; Montana for cornflower-blue calibrated material; Australia for deep-blue and parti goods; Kashmir on availability only.
Mozambique and Burma. Unheated where the material supports it. Pigeon’s-blood and vivid red designations are taken from lab report only — never on our word alone.
Muzo and Chivor designations from Colombia, supplemented with Zambian where the cut calls for it. Oil treatment level is stated on every stone — none, minor, moderate or significant.
Mahenge, Mogok and Kuh-i-Lal. Unheated as a rule — spinel rarely warrants treatment. Strong demand on hot pinks and cobalt blues; matched suites held where supply allows.
Paraíba tourmaline, alexandrite, demantoid garnet, tsavorite, jadeite, Kashmir sapphire when it appears. Single-stone trades, dossier per stone, no parcels.
